John Fitch is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and obtained his law degree from the University of Dayton Law School. John Fitch is a past president of the Franklin County Trial Lawyers’ Association. He has also been active in a number of other bar associations, including the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. 

Over the years, John Fitch has helped many individuals and families recover significant settlements and awards, including many recoveries in excess of one million dollars. 

On November 20, 2019, Mr. Fitch obtained a verdict of $134 Million Dollars on behalf of Amanda Brandt, who, at ages 11 and 12, was sexually abused by Roy Pompa, one of Ohio’s most notorious sexual predators. The verdict, rendered by a Cuyahoga County jury, is one of the largest personal injury verdict ever upheld by the Ohio Supreme Court.  

John Fitch has also secured multimillion dollar plus settlements across a range of cases, including car and truck accident cases, as well as premises liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice child and sexual abuse.  

John is also licensed in Washington, D.C., Georgia, and New York
